Each hour-long session is $110. Fifty-minutes of this hour are spent face-to-face allowing five minutes for preparation and the final five minutes to capture session highlights in case notes. I generally see clients once a week. On occasion, other arrangements can be made.

Therapy is a big commitment. It's a commitment you make of your time and your dollars. It's a commitment you make to yourself, for yourself. Of course, those around you will likely benefit as well.

It is not possible to say how much therapy would be required for a particular concern--largely because nothing happens in a vacuum, other concerns may arise. Some issues can be worked through in several sessions.

Alternatively, it's not uncommon for people to work with me for 1-2 years, sometimes then returning months or years later for a few sessions as a refresher.

You can expect to spend anywhere from 6 months to a couple of years in weekly therapy to make deep, characterological changes. These are not changes that occur out of willpower and determination, but out of a very real change deep inside of you. These are changes that allow you to experience yourself as different, more accessible, more alive, and with less effort.

My office is in ActivSpace. It's a four-story red and silver building between 8th and 9th and between Main and Salmon in SE Portland. Enter through the breezeway, type 220 into the phone pad by the elevator and you'll be buzzed in for your scheduled appointment. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and walk around to 220.
